Here are some important facts/findings that you should be aware of:

When mold damage becomes visible, we find that the unexposed area usually suffers even greater damage. Sometimes there is no visible evidence of mold damage. Toxic Mold spores can stay hidden behind walls, lurking in certain openings like heating ducts, or on damp surfaces. Conditions where mold remains unseen can cause illness in humans and animals. For more information on the effects off mold please check out our Mold Effect section.

It is vital to take early action against toxic mold, before the damage spreads throughout the living area. An excess of mold spores causes the "sick building syndrome." It is like cancer; early treatments can save the life of your building.

Mold spores can waft into a building from regular air movements through windows, doors, and on clothing. Mold spores are always found at a naturally occurring level in the air. Some individuals immune systems have shown sensitivity at the naturally occurring level. More sensitive individuals will experience a greater allergic reaction than others, especially at higher, more dangerous mold counts.

If you think you have indoor mold related health problems because of poor air quality, have the air tested, and the suspected area inspected by Alpine Air Corp. specialists.

AAC indoor specialists will tell you if the mold count is high, and instruct you on how to take action against any further mold damage.

AAC is not your typical mold inspection service. AAC is a licensed general contractor, and can assist you from the diagnosis stage, through the complete removal of your toxic mold problem. Please also ask about AAC’s restoration services, to rebuild, and restore a damaged site to it’s original state.
